Once you've reached out to our team regarding a piece of equipment either by phone, our quote request form or our online repair form, a member of our staff will follow-up with you as soon as possible.
Upon receipt of your product we will begin the intake and repair process immediately. You may receive updates throughout the repair process, however you can expect the repair to be completed within 5-7 business days* at which point we will coordinate the return process.
